The Genedics Asset Portfolio is primarily directed towards the development and use of alternate energy methods along roadways. The patents provide for not only the core technology of the portfolio, but are also directed towards each step in the process of utilizing the core technology and multiple methods of conducting these steps, thus directing the patents in the portfolio to embody specialization in some areas and be directed towards a specific and distinct technology category. In a break-down analysis of the Genedics portfolio, the assets can be classified into seven distinct technology categories: Solar, Solar and Wind, Wind, Geothermal, Vehicle systems, Desalinization and Reporting systems.
The technology is protected through a series of patents. These patents allow the company product exclusivity and a distinct competitive advantage. The Asset Owners continue to leverage increasing value for its shareholders and business partners through capitalization of its Intellectual Property assets.
