Ocean Tomo, LLC has been engaged by Genedics Clean Energy, LLC in the license of its intellectual property portfolio, consisting of 10 U.S. Patents, 15 U.S. Patents Applications and related foreign counterparts. Ocean Tomo is conducting a sealed bid auction on a state-by-state basis for exclusive field of use licenses under this portfolio.
All bids for licenses must be received by Ocean Tomo by no later than 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time on July 24, 2009.
