"So we have a choice to make... We can remain one of the world's leading importers of foreign oil, or we can make the investments that would allow us to become the world's leading exporter of renewable energy... We can let the jobs of tomorrow be created abroad, or we can create those jobs right here in America and lay the foundation for lasting prosperity..."
-President Obama, March 2009

The Green Roadway

INTRODUCTION:

The Green Roadway ("TGR") creates an exclusive technology franchise which provides patented alternative energy roadway systems for the installation of massive solar, wind, geothermal & electric vehicle infrastructure systems, along roadways. For the last five years The Kalki Energy Report has named TGR's portfolio as one of the top five solar technology portfolios in the world over the last 5 years, along with companies like Boeing, United technologies and GE.

The new energy bill requires reductions in carbon emissions and establishes Cap & Trade. Because of these new emission standards TGR is well positioned because it has the potential to generate billions of dollars worth of offset & tax credits. In addition TGR system will compliment the Energy Bill by providing power & technology to electric vehicles & charging stations. The Green Roadway is making available to public & private bidders, exclusive licenses, on a State-by-State basis via a sealed bid auction on July 24th, 2009.

ENERGY BILL IMPACT

1. The Green Roadway is a perfect compliment to the new energy bill as the systems have the potential to generate billions of dollars worth of energy credits/permits and provide power & technology to electric vehicles & charging stations. With Cap & Trade, as well as the funding of electric vehicles now voted into law by the House, the requirements to comply with Cap & Trade create the need for such offsets & the need to power charging stations for electric vehicles. The Green Roadway is a major solution to both of these issues, as Green Roadways systems are designed to power not only the grid, but also to power charging stations; as well as presenting the opportunity to be generating hundreds of millions of dollars worth of carbon credits/permits each year via Green Roadway system installations.

TECHNOLOGY CONTROL OVER DISTRIBUTION FOOTPRINT

2. The Green Roadway creates an exclusive technology franchise to develop alternative energy systems, solar, wind, geothermal & electric vehicle systems along roadways. The technologies include comprehensive solar, extensive wind platforms, vehicle systems and geothermal systems. Power from the systems may be used to charge vehicles at charging stations, to run power directly into the grid or to direct power to homes and businesses. The Green Roadway IP portfolio comprises 10 granted patents, 15 patents pending and over 400 granted claims. This is a massive IP position and is the first of its kind that secures the roadways as a distribution for alternative energy systems. TGR's portfolio is currently named a Top 5 solar technology portfolio in the world over the last 5 years by The Kalki Energy Report, along with companies like Boeing, United technologies and GE.

LICENSE, SUBLICENSE OPPORTUNITY & STIMULUS MONIES

3. The Green Roadway provides the opportunity to obtain the exclusive licenses to individual states via sealed bid auction on July 24th, 2009. The minimum reserve to bid in a specific state is as low as $125,000 up to a high minimum reserve of $1,500,000 for the exclusive rights to the system in California. The winner of the license in each state may then freely sublicense within the state without further cash payment obligation to The Green Roadway. There are many stimulus programs on the state & federal level that can make the systems economically compelling, as is demonstrated within www.TheGreenRoadway.com. The Waxman-Markey Bill is currently slated to provide even more incentives when voted into law by the Senate.

States shown in green have obtained a license to The Green Roadway Project technology portfolio.
